meteoForecast: Numerical Weather Predictions

Access to several Numerical Weather Prediction services both in raster format and as a time series for a location. Currently it works with GFS <https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/data-access/model-data/model-datasets/global-forcast-system-gfs>, MeteoGalicia <https://www.meteogalicia.gal/web/modelos/threddsIndex.action>, NAM <https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/data-access/model-data/model-datasets/north-american-mesoscale-forecast-system-nam>, and RAP <https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/data-access/model-data/model-datasets/rapid-refresh-rap>.
